Our on-site engineers or remote experts begin by analyzing your requirements to determine the most suitable upgrade or retrofit solution. An action plan is then developed, including a set of technical recommendations.

 

Preparation of Improvements


From sale to start-up, the process is managed by a dedicated project manager. Within the PCM design office, all modifications are prepared before delivery—including mechanical, electrical, and automation studies. Prior to shipment, components are assembled, integrated, and programmed in our workshop.

System Start-Up


Whether on-site or remotely, our experts carry out the necessary improvements. Our technicians operate with a strong commitment to quality and performance.

 

Final Reporting


At the end of the intervention, a detailed report is provided, along with updated technical documentation—including mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and the latest version of the PLC program.
