- Adaptation to viscosities ranging from 50 to 5000 cPo (kefir, labneh, drinking yoghurts, fruit yoghurts, etc.).
Precise and synchronous dosing
- Fine synchronization of fruit and additive dosages (±0.5%) with packaging lines.
- Management of particles up to 48 mm while maintaining their integrity (thanks to Dosyfruit™).
Homogeneous and marbling-free mixing
- Choice of the type of mixer (static or dynamic) depending on the nature of the ingredients: perfect homogeneity with the Dosymix™ for fruit yoghurt with chunks or a very low percentage of flavourings, colourings, vitamins or probiotics
