PCM presents its solutions at CFIA 2026
PCM presents its transfer, mixing, and dosing solutions for the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries at CFIA 2026
For more than 90 years, PCM has been designing and manufacturing in France equipment dedicated to fluid handling for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Based on Moineau™, Delasco™, and Dosys™ technologies, PCM solutions ensure versatility, hygiene, and respect for ingredients. PCM will present its full range of solutions at CFIA in Rennes from March 10 to 12, 2026. Hall 7 – Stand B33.
Equipment to transfer, mix, and dose all types of fluids
PCM pumps and equipment offer great versatility (pumps, mixers, dosing systems) and are suitable for a wide range of food industry applications. Whether handling low-viscosity fluids or very thick products, these solutions support transfer, mixing, dosing, and filling operations in industries such as dairy, bakery and pastry, ready meals and sauces, egg product processing, meat and fish processing, wine, brewing and beverages, sugar and starch production, fruit and vegetable processing, pet food manufacturing, as well as the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
Several pieces of equipment will be displayed on our booth during CFIA, including the PCM Hycare™ progressive cavity pump with flexible rod, the Delasco™ DX peristaltic pump, the Dosys™ pump (piston dosing pump with controlled valve), and the Dosymix™ dynamic inline mixer.
Preserving ingredient texture throughout the production chain
Moineau™ technology is based on a double chain of sealed cavities that, during rotation, progress along the pump axis without any change in their shape or volume. This unique design enables products to be transferred without degradation.
Delasco™ technology also ensures optimal preservation of ingredient texture. Peristaltic tube pumps provide gentle transfer of products with or without pieces.
Dosys™ technology, thanks to its piston and full-bore rotary valve combination, allows fluids containing large pieces to be conveyed at very low flow rates (for example, fruit injection into stirred yogurt with pieces up to 20 mm and a flow rate of 100 L/h).
Dosymix™ technology, thanks to the gentle low-speed mixing of its double reverse-pitch helix, ensures careful mixing without shear or alteration of product texture while preserving the integrity of pieces.
Solutions that meet the strictest hygiene standards
The various PCM equipment presented on the booth during CFIA 2026 are designed for use in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. They therefore meet strict hygienic design requirements (3A, EHEDG) and ensure the suitability of materials for food contact (EC 1935/2004 – FDA). Some are even designed to be cleaned in place (CIP) without dismantling and sterilized in place (SIP) with steam. For example:
The PCM Hycare™ progressive cavity pump ensures a high level of hygiene and food safety. Its materials comply with FDA and European regulation 1935-2004. Its design is approved under 3A 02-11 and is EHEDG certified (depending on the model).
In 2022, PCM won the EHEDG Hygienic Design Award for its Hyfeed hopper pump with Archimedes screw.
Hygienic modular systems for production lines
PCM offers modular solutions for injection, dosing, mixing, filling, stuffing, and depositing, designed according to the specific constraints of production lines. PCM hygienic systems can be combined to ensure versatility and adaptability.
For example, for high-speed industrial production of stirred fruit yogurts, PCM integrated a PCM HyCare™ pump, a Dosymix™ inline mixer, a Dosfruit™ fruit dosing and injection system, and a Doysfill filling system.
For artisanal production of plain or fruit stirred yogurts, which requires high versatility, PCM integrated a PCM Hopper Station inline fruit dosing and injection unit, coupled with a PCM Dosymix™ inline mixer, an injection point, and a PCM Hycare™ pump for transferring the white mass.
